1) Do I need to go to PDXCON to get these?

No! You can pay to have these shipped to you. We ship worldwide. Estimated shipment date is mid September. If you're going to PDXCON however, you can make use of the free pick-up option at the event.

2) How much does shipping cost?

  • German addresses: €4.99
  • European addresses: €9.99
  • Outside of Europe: €24.99
  • Or pick the items up for free at PDXCON

3) If I choose to get the items shipped, will I have to pay anything extra?

If you live in the EU, there will be no additional taxes or duties. Non-EU recipients might need to pay import duties and taxes.

4) Can I buy these items at PDXCON as well? Or order online, and pay at PDXCON?

Unfortunately not. All items will be made to order, and will not be available for purchase at the event. Your only chance to get them is via pre-order through this store.

5) Can I exchange an item if it doesn't fit? Exchanges / reading the size chart.

Exchanges are unfortunately not possible, as all items are made to order. We do provide size charts for the apparel products, to make it easier to find the right size. Take a hoodie or pants in your possession that fit you well, and lay them flat on the ground. Then measure the dimensions as shown on our size chart, and compare them to our size table to find the right size for you.

6) How does on-site pickup work?

You can pick up your pre-ordered items at the PDXCON merch store. Please bring government I.D. that matches the name under which your purchased in this store. To be extra safe, we advise to also bring the order confirmation e-mail on your phone or as a print-out.

7) Are there any limitations on what I can get printed onto the hoodie?

If you choose to go for the €64.99 version of the hoodie, you can get something (like your name or nickname) printed on the right chest. Print can be maximum 15 characters long. Basic special characters are supported. We reserve the right to reject offensive texts.

8) I made a mistake ordering the Hoodie With Name Print and spelled my name wrong. What can I do?

Please reach out to us under shop@eslgaming.com with your order ID and the name you'd like to change your order to, and we will edit your order. Please make sure to let us know before the end of the pre-order phase (i.e. when this store stops accepting new orders).

9) Can I switch between on-site & home shipping?

If you've chosen on-site pick-up but realize on short notice that you cannot attend the event in person, please let us know under shop@eslgaming.com at your earliest convenience. Until mid October, we can switch your order to be shipped out ahead of the event. Normal shipping charges will apply.
